Schedule Post on Wordpress

As you can see took a few days without writing anything, well, that's because it is being one weeks time rather excasa.

But it said in the title of the post, could have prevented Programming posts of the week for example, if you know in advance whether I would write, is that WordPress allows you the ability to schedule and that post automatically published on the date they specify, which is very useful if you'll be busy few days, but before you have free time to write the post, or if you go a few days away, but you have to write something.

For example I already I have scheduled the next Minigame Monday 07/02/26 to be published that day at 8 am precisely.

How do you program a post in WordPress?

Based on my previous experience and has been successful, I've done is this:

1) Write the post normally (Control Panel / Write / Write entry)

2) Once written, look at the drop-down menus on the right side, and displays it says: Date of entry

*! Watch out, by default, the Edit box now, unchecked, so mark it as in the image.

* Once done, the next thing you have to do is put the Time in which you display the Post:

The drop-down refers to the month.
The image 22 is the day of the month you want to appear, and 2007, the year.
The numbers behind the @, refer to the time that I bring up the post.

So modify them according to your preferences.

Remember: Until now, you write the post, you've checked the edit date, and have modified the data according to your preferences.

3) The next step is to display the Menu "input status" which by default should be something like:

Well, what you have to do is change the input status from Draft to Published

4) Congratulations, you've programmed your input, now you only need to give Post entry, and if all goes well, in the Control panel / dashboard on the right menu you will see something like this:

Well I think this is all, I hope I was not mistaken and that works, but you can leave comments if there is something wrong. I have done this based on the Version 2.3.1 of WordPress, for older versions, I think the same.

Heroes become silent

He has been through a decade to finally confirm one of the news that millions of fans of the legendary rock band Heroes of silence , and that is none other than his comeback after their separation in 1996.

For 2007 made a tour of ten concerts only U.S., Latin America and Spain. Enrique Bunbury, Juan Valdivia, Pedro Andreu Joaquin Cardiel and again join forces in this historic tour.

The first dates already confirmed are:

September 5 - Guatemala
September 22 - Buenos Aires
October 6 - Mexico City
OCTOBER 12 AT THE STADIUM OF THE REPOSITORY ROMAREDA.

Thus, it is expected that soon will confirm the remaining concerts in Spain, but well, I certainly hope to go to Zaragoza that this is my city, .

All those interested in attending this concert know that tickets go on sale on 1 or ATM marz Ibercaja , online at Ibercaja.es , shops and specialty stores such as type, among others.

As noted by Blaxter in the comments, the entry price ranging between 38 € and 58 € normal input vip entry into an area near the stage with capacity for 6000 people.

Google continues to grow

The giant is growing, and Google has once again exceeded analysts' expectations in both revenue and profits.

This increase is primarily due to revenues from advertising, the main source of revenue for Google, an increase occurred in the U.S. and outside its borders, mainly in France and Germany.

And is that Google's profits have tripled in the last quarter of 2006 with an amount of around 1,030 million dollars (791 million euros) compared to 372.2 million dollars earned in the same period in 2005.

In 2006 Google had revenues of approximately $ 10.604 million, yielding a net profit of $ 3.077 million.

All this has led to tremendous growth of Google in many other ways:

Google has nearly doubled its staff since 2005, reaching some 10,674 employees currently.
They have doubled their spending, which currently amount to around 1,900 million dollars, compared with $ 838 million it spent before.
Google's participation in the browser market rose 47%, compared to 40% from a year ago.

So, if anyone doubted the purchase of Youtube by Google, you may be starting to dissipate, because without doubt one of the keys to Google is the constant expansion done by the successful purchase of services, and a great investment R & D to improve the management software and search advertising, as the continuous renewal is another key from Google.
