A legend ......

Silverpilen ("Silver Arrow") is a ghost train that, according to urban legend, Stockholm (Sweden) has been seen on occasion by the Stockholm Underground network. It is assumed that the train wagon comprises silver C5 series. Only one train in the series, formed by 8 carriages, built and commissioned in the 60's and replaced by more modern trains years ago.

The train is rarely seen, which could lead to the legend that people said he saw a shiny white train, especially if they saw at night.

There are different versions of this legend. Some say that the train has only been seen by workers of the underground in abandoned tunnels. Others say that the ghost train passes after midnight for a few seasons at high speed. Even some versions say that sometimes the train stops to pick up passengers.

Often the history of this train is related to the ghost of Kymlinge station, a station that never was completed, and therefore not used, line 11 of the Stockholm subway.
