Traffic exposure fotopoemas
From 07/12/2007 to 05/02/2008
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend, along with my good friend Miguel Daza to the opening of Transit, an exhibition of fotopoemas, designed by Javier Gutierrez Palace , and certainly I was amazed with the photos displayed.
As the author says in his blog :
For me the pictures and poems fotopoemas are trying to talk about one thing. There are two ways to express a feeling, an emotion, usually produced by the contemplation of nature. My fotopoemas talk about the emotions that nature gives me, often in secret, sometimes in the intimacy of a desired company.
These fotopoemas that expose (expose is exposed) talk, as always, roads, the passage from life to death, a vague pantheism that pervades me to breathe and feel calm. They speak also of the continuity of all things. From huge passion of being alive, of that intensity without limit can be detected in the eyes of others, which confirm the life.
Of course, I recommend if you have occasion to take a look, because as I said the pictures are impressive, some seem real pictures instead of photographs, and of course are not subject to any computer retouching process, which is important to note because it seems incredible to see them they can take pictures so unbelievable. It also influences, which the writer of these lines is a novice in photography, perhaps also allowed me to further appreciate the beauty of the photographs.
Then I show the picture and title poem to the exhibition, impressive as it looks, is a flying wing and its shadow (looks quite difficult, if not impossible to achieve photographically), when the picture actually takes all manner consistent with exposure, knowing that poor butterfly is exhausting their physical presence in this world to the calm water, to become part of nature. 2 Articles curious Spanish civil code
Via Meneame I read an interesting article in the civil code, the kind you never know there until someone gives it to read the civil code, and by extension, as I found it curious as I read the next, and this is what put eye to the data:
Article 612 of the Civil Code
The owner of a swarm of bees shall be entitled to pursue on the estate of another, compensating the holder of this damage.
If person was surrounded, need the consent of the owner to enter.
When the owner has not pursued, or cease to pursue the swarm two consecutive days, can the owner of the property to occupy or hold.
So you know, if you have a house in the country, or the like and will miss the swarm someone can walk on your property to catch, unless you have a fence, in which case of asking permission. Of course, if 2 days is tired, or passes of bees, for it, bees are yours, look that good, haha. Immense.
Article 613 of the Civil Code
Pigeons, rabbits and fish, which in their respective breeding pasaren to another belonging to another owner, will be owned by it, provided they have not been attracted by some artifice or fraud.
And if I have a rabbit warren, and a bunny falls in love with my neighbor's farm and runs away, that will trick or fraud, or be deemed the result of Mother Nature?. This article is also curious, hehe.
