So let's start with a few pictures of the first one: Cangas de Onis , which highlights the "Roman Bridge" with its beautiful stilted arch and two smaller, making it one of the most visited sites in Cangas:

Quotes

And continuing with the review of my holiday in Cantabria, which already started in some previous posts, hot it is the turn to the town of Comillas , one of the most representative of Cantabria and almost a must if you're in the area. As the excess over the Internet is documentation, I do not lengthen much concrete detail, and try to be brief, so I'll start putting some photos of the Which, incidentally, in Cantabria, the only beach where I was bathed in quotes, as in Santander, I was on the beach but without bathing:

Another characteristic place of Comillas, and sure you indicate in the Office of Tourism, is the Capricho de Gaudi building custom built by Maximo Diaz de Quijano, brother of the Marquis of Comillas, near Sobrellano Palace, residence of the latter .

The order was carried out in 1883 by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí, who endowed him with a certain oriental touch and the original purpose of being a summer residence, but is now a restaurant.

As I commented a while ago, the Palace of Gaudi was next, another of the architectural icons of the town of Comillas: Sobrellano Palace , designed by architect Joan Martorell in 1878 by order of the Marquis of Comillas D. Antonio Lopez y Lopez. Enjoy it, a few photos:

And finally, to finish and with the post, put a "potpourri of several photos" among which the first two, which refer to Comillas Cemetery since 1983 whose facade is of cultural interest of Cantabria in the height of which we can see the Exterminating Angel known sculpture:

Magdalena Peninsula

After starting the review of my trip to Cantabria, this vacation talking about natural Paque Cabárceno , today it is the turn of the Peninsula de la Magdalena, located in Santander, on Avenida de la Reina Fabiola, next to the Beach Sardinero.

With an area of about 24 hectares and large green areas and gardens, we can see the Royal Palace, donated in 1912 as a summer retreat of Alfonso XIII can also visit the stables, the three ships used by Vital Alsar recalling the trip across the Pacific of Francisco de Orellana , and several beaches and a small zoo with seals, sea lions and penguins.

Similarly, it is possible to take a guided tour in a small train, but I think it's more fun to walk on foot. Finally Enjoy a few pictures:

Cabárceno Natural Park

As I did with my trip to Stockholm , I will dedicate a few entries to put any photos of my trip this holiday Cantabria. And to start, I'll do with a few pictures of Cabárceno Natural Park , but neither will be very extensive, since it would put a lot of photos, :-) , And it is best to visit to enjoy all the beautiful landscapes and animals.

For those who do not know, to comment briefly that the Cabárceno Nature Park, located about 17 km from Santander, is a large area of over 700 hectares on the remains of an old mining that make well enjoy all animal species that houses (Lions, tigers, gorillas, ostriches, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, leopards, lions, birds of prey, reptiles, elephants, hippos, etc, etc), we see impressive rock figures, landscapes and lakes while go around the entire ecinto.

Certainly a nice trip, it's worth doing, if only once, even if you can, it would be advisable to go early and expected dates that have fewer people, and during the week, because if many people, taking into that it is advisable to make the visit to the park by car, due to its size, makes it slow and exhausting visit. Personally when I was barely there were people, and it rained, so it was quite pleasant visit. Finally also comment throughout the day to do shows with Sea lions and raptors, which are pretty cool, especially the Raptors. And without further ado, I leave you with some pictures.

Go if you had a blog .....

I have a week or less meaning to write blog helloworld again, and honestly I could not think to put, or about to write, because after more than 3 months, how can you say?, :-) . I really do I have to justify, since the blog has to be voluntary, not mandatory nor sacrifice what other aspects of my life, but the fact is that hechaba less, so I will not happen again for 3 months rewriting.

I had thought even erase everything and start again, but is a long time, and I have to be so radical as to introduce any changes, such as giving a more personal approach as though she was a category created, was virtually abandoned, and it would not be noticed, :-) , So I decided to write a little about all these months of absence, as there have been some changes since I last wrote, but hey, do not expect much, lol.

One of the most important changes, and that reason cease to write both, but neither excuse is that I am now officially Degree in business, you see well, :-) And fortunately, considering the times, I managed to find a job that is allowing me to learn a lot, but I also is requiring many resources, there is my excessive absence, and for now, there still fighting in the breach, :-) But what ever I want is to start an entrepreneurial project, but for now, if anyone has ideas are encouraged and allowed proposals :-) .

Another change is that as we put on 2 August 2008 on 2 August this year, again to be my birthday, so I did not put as Post, because I autofelicito now. ! Congratulations Ruben! hehe.

A time when he wanted to write, would have been during the holidays, but precisely why they were holidays, and because I thought most people would also be a bit disconnected from the Internet, we were also postponed, and I think I did well because it had a great time and were great.

Although in future entries fotillo put some thought, yes I will say that the pass between my beloved people and Cantabria - Asturias (Santander, Comillas, Santillana, San Vicente de la Barquera, Potes, Covadonga, Cangas de Onis, Cabárceno Nature Park, etc , etc, although this also comes the sad note, is that as you see me quite ensued, and that took a toll on my beloved Ford Escort, which after 12 years and a lot of miles, and I just said broke down on the way back (which is appreciated, it was around, as well could have been damaged in full holiday), and as arregarlo hard enough, it is time to dismiss him, though, with honors hero :-) .

So roughly I think it's all I wanted to, I'm going to see a capital of Dexter and sleep, but as a farewell leave one picture of the sea to remember that not long ago in the evening walking in the cool beach sand , :-) .

Beach
